Parker Ministries was born from a shared calling to raise leaders, cultivate healthy communities, and support institutions that serve the public good.

Rev. Leon Parker, III, and Rev. Nathalie Nelson Parker believe that ministry extends beyond the sanctuary; it is lived through leadership, education, service, and everyday faithfulness to creating transformation in the world. Both Nathalie and Leon accepted the Lord and call to ministry at an early age, dedicating their lives to serve God and people.

 

As pastors of Unity CME Church in Bessemer, AL, they continue a legacy of people-centered ministry. Nathalie leads strategic initiatives at and oversees national consulting work through Civitas Consulting Group. Leon serves as Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Chapel at Miles College, guiding student development, leadership formation, and campus life.
