Rev. Nathalie Nelson Parker and Rev. Leon Parker III met over a decade ago in seminary as student leaders. Their HBCU love story and journey of faith in Christ have led them to serve as co-pastors, educators, and community leaders. Their shared ministry spans the church, higher education, strategic consulting, and community empowerment.

Together, they bring decades of combined experience in preaching, teaching, organizational leadership, and capacity building, strengthening individuals, congregations, and institutions seeking clarity, growth, and transformation grounded in faith.

They are the loving parents to Leon F. Parker, IV & fur baby Polo Parker.
